Her parents are of Irish and German descendance. After graduating from law school she became a law assistant for the United States Court of Appeals in Kansas. She quit after a few years to go on to work as a lawyer at New York City. Her new profession was corporate law. In 1998, she made her first appearance on TV. She appeared on television many times to discuss issues surrounding the Bill Clinton scandals and impeachment. Her book High Criminals and Misdemeanors, The Case Against Bill Clinton in 1998. For this book she was accused of plagiarism. She is the author of more than 12 books, which have sold in excess of three million copies. While she was engaged numerous times, she is never married and does have kids.
